Her scarf she weaves of cobwebs
and walks with head held high
Her gait speaks volumes about poise
She wraps her slenderness in black

She casts a spell on watching eyes
They see what she wants to show
A spider plays upon her hand
and a black cat for a pet

Her locks she dyes in ebony black
As they shine under the moonlit night
She dabs some mascara on the lashes
And borders her eyelids in jet black

Her heels in black dance to her tunes
Her hat too nods along
Her nails they shine in shimmery black
She paints her magic too in black

Her gown in black flows in the air
As she steps out of her gleaming black car
Yet then reveals her black heart when
She sings, “BLACK is not her color”?
