New Year Resolutions

A ritual which is carried on from time immemorial. We always get excited towards the end of the year. Setting so many goals for ourselves.

Firstly, we all want to look attractive. So the most difficult one starts. Losing weight and so forth and so on . First week of the new year too , we carry on . By the end of the month , it’s all forgotten. Reason being, it’s too unrealistic. The Pandemic has taught us one important lesson. Do not plan much . Live fully in the moment and enjoy every bit of the journey called Life .

Live well . Do what makes you happy . Spend quality time with your friends and family. Practice gratitude , kindness and compassion. Let go of negativity and things which destroy your being .

This year, I have decided not to make any resolutions. I’m intending to do my yoga everyday. Eat healthy . Walk in the park .Healthy eating . Doing what makes my soul happy too .

Stay blessed beautiful souls . Let’s all intend together to have a cheerful 2021.
