We are thrilled to invite you to participate in The Monsoon Writing Get Together, a wonderful opportunity for you to showcase your talent and creativity. This event focuses on the theme of monsoon, allowing you to express your thoughts and emotions through poetry and short stories.

Here are the details you need to know:

• Theme: Monsoon
• Participation Fee: Rs.1999/- per writer
• Eligibility: Residents of India above 18 years of age
• Submission requirements: 1 poem of minimum 12 lines, and 1 short story in 2000-3000 words.
• Language: English

Benefits for Participants:

1. Publication: Your work will be published in a book alongside other participants, giving you a chance to reach a wider audience and share your unique perspective on the monsoon theme. The book will be made available on Amazon worldwide in paperback and Kindle formats.
2. Digital Certificate: Each participant will receive a digital certificate acknowledging their participation in The Monsoon Writing Get Together.
3. Physical Copy of the Book/s: As a participant, you will receive a physical copy of the book, allowing you to cherish your published work.
4. Special Award: The top three stories will win a surprise gift hamper.
5. Individual Author Interview Feature for all participating writers: Your writing (a paragraph of the story/poem) and profile will be showcased on our website and social media platforms, providing additional exposure for your talent.

To participate, please follow these steps:

1. Register your participation using the Register button at the bottom of this page. Registrations will close within 20 participants or on July 31, 2023 – whichever the earlier.
2. Submit a poem and a short story based on the theme of monsoon on or before August 30, 2023. No extensions will be provided to any participant.
3. Ensure that your work is original and does not infringe upon any copyrights.
4. All entries must be in the English language.
5. Pay the participation fee of Rs.1999/- via the provided payment link.
6. All participants will be emailed the submission link on or by July 31, 2023

Once we receive your submission and verify your payment, you will be officially registered for The Monsoon Writing Get Together.
