1. Sit comfortably keeping your back and neck straight .
  2. Keep your eyes gently closed.
  3. Remove your glasses (For those who wear them)
  4. Also keep your mouth closed.
  5. Focus your entire attention on the entrance of the nostrils.
  6. Remain aware of the natural breath as it comes in ,as it goes out.
  7. Don’t try to control, count or regulate the breath.
  8. Don’t add any word, verbalization (e.g.mantra), or imagination of any kind.
  9. When the mind wanders away, bring it back to the awareness of respiration.
